Microgrooved force-fed evaporators and condensers combine high heat transfer rate of microchannels with low pressure drops which make them an attractive alternative for two-phase electronic cooling systems 2nd gen cold plate: cost effective removal of the 1,000 W/Cm2 heat flux.
